Office Policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events happen. To ensure fairness for all clients, the following policy applies to everyone:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $25 fee. There is no fee to reschedule if done at least two hours before your appointment.
• If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your scheduled appointment, for whatever reason, you will be considered a no-show. Contacting the office at or during your scheduled time is a no-show. You are responsible for the total appointment fee.
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or canceled based on the remaining time available. Full payment is still required.
• Out of respect and consideration for everyone, please plan accordingly and be punctual.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued when you cancel pre-paid appointments online. You must contact Benwell Natural Health directly to request a refund. If you cancel on the day of your scheduled appointment you will not receive a refund.

Payment

Payment is due before your appointment. 

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks, and Cash for office appointments. 
• We accept Cash or Checks only for all "ChooseHealthy" appointments.
• Payment is due upon registration for all classes and events.
