Office & Studio Policies

Cancelation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be fair to all clients, the following applies to everyone.

• 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling your appointment or class. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will incur a $25 cancelation fee. There is no fee for rescheduling your appointment.
• If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your scheduled appointment or class - for whatever reason, you will be considered a no-show. Contacting the office at or during your scheduled time is a no-show. You are responsible for the total appointment or class fee.
• If you arrive late for an office appointment, your appointment is adjusted to accommodate scheduled appointments that follow yours. The therapist will determine if there is enough time to start therapy. You are responsible for the total appointment fee.
• If you arrive late for a class, please enter the studio quietly. 
• Out of respect and consideration for everyone, please plan accordingly and be punctual.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued when you cancel pre-paid appointments online. You must contact Benwell Natural Health directly to request a refund. If you cancel your appointment or class the day of your scheduled appointment or class, you will not receive a refund.

Payment

Payment is due before your appointment or class. 

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, checks, and cash for office appointments. 
• We accept cash or checks only for all "ChooseHealthy" appointments.
• Payment is due upon registration for all classes and events.
