Massage therapy helps alleviate stiff joints, tight muscles, and neck discomfort. Specially designed chairs or tables are available to address either upper or lower body issues. It’s recommended to wear light, comfortable clothing during the session. Your licensed massage therapist is certified in functional movement and board-certified in rehab exercise, ensuring a tailored and effective treatment.

Our Wellness Studio is on the second floor of the building. From the front entrance, take the stairs to the second floor. From the parking lot entrance, take the stairs to the right of the "Body Sculping Boutique" entrance to the first floor, then take the stairs at the front entrance to the second floor.

All participants must register for each event. Space is limited, and walk-ins will not be accepted unless stated otherwise in the event description. The information gathered during registration is for event confirmations, alerts, information, or cancellations.
