Ease & Balance Yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced while seated in a chair or standing with the support of a chair for balance. This approach makes yoga more accessible and safe for beginners. It is suitable for everyone, especially those who:
- Have balance issues
- Want to start exercising slowly
- Feel more confident learning yoga this way
With Ease & Balance Yoga, can enjoy the same benefits as regular yoga, including relief from stress, pain, and fatigue. Additionally, this practice aids in joint lubrication, improves balance, and addresses age-specific concerns like menopause and arthritis.
Chairs, blocks, and straps are provided during the class, so there's no need to bring a yoga mat.

Our Wellness Studio is on the second floor of the building. From the front entrance, take the stairs to the second floor. From the parking lot entrance, take the stairs to the right of the "Body Sculping Boutique" entrance to the first floor, then take the stairs at the front entrance to the second floor.
All participants must register for each event. Space is limited, and walk-ins will not be accepted unless stated otherwise in the event description. The information gathered during registration is for event confirmations, alerts, information, or cancellations.
