Lisa is a certified Functional Movement Therapist and Functional Nutrition Coach, specializing in helping adults maintain joint mobility, reduce back pain, and prevent falls. She is a Hesch-certified Lumbopelvic Specialist and holds board certification in Tai Chi for Rehabilitation.

Lisa is committed to lifelong learning and continues her education in advanced medical massage at the NJM Training Center, located in the Parsippany Medical Complex. She is also pursuing an advanced diploma in natural health studies with a focus on integrative and functional medicine.
